We thrive on personal contact

What do you mean by that?

Actually, it’s quite simple. For us, TRIBE Media is about long-term partnerships.

How do we achieve this?

Primarily through mutual trust, security and a good relationship. However, we use rethinking and innovation just as much. That’s why our mission is simply to be as transparent as possible, as this ensures security.

Secondly, we always keep our promises, as this builds trust. Of course, we hope you also keep your promises.

The result?

We will have a strong relationship with a steadfast foundation that will deliver results that get better every day.

How does it work in practice?

Maybe it’s a cliché, but it’s not really about the result. Instead, it’s about the road to get there.

The result may have been good, but what if it ruined our relationship in the process?

Therefore, it often starts with a nice and informal coffee meeting. Here you will immediately get the feeling that we are a professional company in informal surroundings.

We also call it “serious hygge”, and we have found it makes for the best relationship and therefore the best end product.

Isn’t that just another cheesy slogan to promote sales?

Jo. It kind of is. On the other hand, that’s exactly what we do for a living. Through this personal contact we get more customers, who we strongly help on their journey. So despite it being a bit cheesy, we can’t think of a better slogan for us.

Moreover, the point is to focus on long-term cooperation. Contra focus on earning as much profit on you as quickly as possible (and thus most likely losing you in the process). In concrete terms, this means that we do not commit you to a 1-2 year contact. Other good agencies might do that because it’s a “good business plan”.

Instead, we believe so strongly in our concept that you won’t encounter any such bindings.

What does it mean?

Roughly speaking, it means that the only thing that binds us together is our mutual trust. But is it “good business”? Maybe not in the short term, and we’re actually really comfortable with that. It gives you peace of mind and we get happier customers, delivering better results. The outcome is likely to make you want to ask us for help again.

That’s why we can confidently say: we live by personal contact! And most importantly. We intend to continue to do so, whatever the future holds.

This is our greatest wish

We want to be here for a long time. In fact, we want TRIBE Media to grow into a major media house that actually helps businesses grow. Right now, other media agencies may be helping businesses, but their primary focus is to make as much money from them as possible, regardless of the method. A medium-sized company might be able to cope with that, but for small businesses, and especially entrepreneurs and start-ups, it can actually mean death when a media agency cheats start-ups!

This is exactly what we want to do away with!

That’s why we focus on transparent and fair prices. Of course, we need to earn enough to make a living, but our focus is not on earning enough to buy the biggest luxury yacht on the planet. On the contrary, we actually love what we do, which is enough in itself. As long as we can afford a house, a garden and a nice dog.

Now you’ve learned about us, but who are you?

Our strongest competence is actually listening. Listening to you tell about your business. Sure, we’re good at design, copywriting, video and everything in between, but the long-term collaboration starts with getting to know each other better. We want to get to know you better.

Hence the question: Would you like to get to know us better?
We look forward to getting to know you (-:
