Who are we looking for?
A web developer or multimedia designer who wants to join a team of 2-3 interns in total. A team that will have skills in marketing, multimedia design and content creation.
The below is a bonus, but absolutely not a requirement:

The project you will be working on
Ad hoc tasks and ‘boring’ tasks are our biggest nightmare to give to our employees as well as trainees. That’s why the management takes care of these, because we want a team that is passionate and motivated.
Now, back to the project itself.
The project is about further developing 2030skov.dk, which is a platform where we simply plant trees with school classes across Denmark. Some of the tasks include developing a place where you can closely follow the development of forests in the country.
Your traineeship
Together with your fellow trainees, you will have full control and freedom to solve the tasks below over 3 months. In cooperation with the rest of the tribe, of course:
Month 1:
- finalize the product roadmap for 2030forest
- add new functionalities to the roadmap
- Develop donation function, tracking of forests and better flow to create new forests
Month 2:
- collaboration with marketing, designers and content creators
- optimize the platform from marketing data
- possibly help with the side projects Grønmarketing.dk and Flamingostudio.dk
Month 3:
- ongoing tasks that arise in the course of work
- the opportunity to shape your own
The workplace where you will do your traineeship
First of all, the most important thing for us is that you feel free. Freedom comes first, which applies to owner, director, employee as well as trainee.
Your working hours and location will give you a lot of freedom, although we generally work from 09:00 to 16:00 daily.
In addition, you will not be looked over your shoulder. Instead, we all have equal responsibility, can talk openly about things and use digital tools to help us with project management, so the classic boss doesn’t exist.
The tribe’s journey
Right now we are on a growth journey where we are 100% focused on the Green Marketing niche. We are located in Kolding at Fitness World on Agtrupvej, where we have an office, video studio and podcast room.
Young people are most of us, but age is just a number, so all ages are welcome.
